After playing around with all the apps, I've come to the conclusion that ibooks and dropbox are the only apps that can "save to pdf" from html.
The limited value of ibooks can't manage multiple docs is the sticking point. Hopefully, the next version can allow us to use a proper pdf printer or increase ibooks functionality.
Onenote was nice but not very reliable, parts of the document would not show up, evernote was also similar. I'm not sure why there isn't a proper "print to pdf" or download as pdf in safari or any other browser maybe an security issue or an oversight?
